Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We offer shipping on online orders to countries Worldwide. We are continuously making great efforts to ship our products using premium shipping service which would guarantee quick and safe delivery. We currently ship through DHL, a worldwide renowned courier service.

Delivery Time

Working days in Jordan are Sunday-Thursday. If you place your order during weekends or public holidays, your order will be processed the next working day. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (AST - Arabia Standard Time). Orders you place with AlBurgan Handicrafts late on Thursday will not be processed until Sunday. Please note that Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Orders usually arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (AST). Any delivery dates provided by AlBurgan Handicrafts are estimates and delivery time is not guaranteed. Kindly note that any delays that may for any reason take place at the Customs Department of the destination country, are completely out of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will vary depending on the item's size and weight. Your total shipping rate will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Our shipping prices will depend on the region you are in. Prices for each region are fixed up to 2.0 kg and then increase per 0.5 kg. We sum weights for all items in cart first, then we calculate shipping price. So, 5 items 0.35 kg each (a total of 1.75 kg), will be charged at 2 kg price. Please note that we will always be seeking better shipping prices to make sure you are receiving a top product for the best shipping price.

 

Shipping, Processing, and In-Store Pick-Up

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

 

Customs, Duty and Sales Tax

Orders shipped internationally (outside Jordan) may be subject to custom duties, clearance fees, and sales tax, as determined by the destination country. The actual amount, if any, is only determined once the package reaches the customs office of the country of destination for inspection. This is not an additional charge from AlBurgan Handicrafts but from the Customs Office of the country of destination.

The recipient of the shipment must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and will be responsible for any additional charges such as custom duties, clearance fees and/or sales tax.

 

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your AlBurgan Handicrafts order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

 

Returning Merchandise by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your AlBurgan Handicrafts order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Please allow 10 to 14 days for AlBurgan Handicrafts to process your return.
